You need not walk alone. We are The Compassionate Friends.
From time to time you may read an article about our local chapter of The Compassionate Friends in the newspaper, or hear something on radio, or even see something on TV news. This page has been created to provide a place to archive those news articles. If you should read, hear, or see something newsworthy about our group and do not find it here please let me know and, if possible, it will be added.

The first entry to this page was written by our Chapter Leader Pam Kroft. It appeared in the Press & Sun Bulletin on Friday, March 14, 2008. In case you missed it, you can click on the link below and read it in it's entirety. Good Job Pam!

At the B-Sens hockey game, on April 10, 2010 Ken Sahre will be honored when his wife, Elaine, will accept a plaque known as the "Win Warner Award" on behalf of her late husband. In addition, the game itself will be dedicated to Ken.
The plaque honors and commemorates those who were selfless, with an unending didication to family, community, country, friends and Binghamton Hockey.
